It is with great sadness that the criminals at large in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are now targetting visitors to our shores. I am disgusted with these acts of violence towards those that are assisting our ailing economy.
TIME TO STOP THE VIOLENCE
AGAINST THE VISITORS
The Parliament of St. Vincent and the Grenadines should convene to discuss this current situation and make stiffer penalties for the perpetrators.
What is disturbing with violence against visitors, they are the PRO for the crimes. Their testimony is enough to smear the country and the damage will be great and deep in the economy.
It is my understanding that three LAZY YOUNG MEN who feel the easiest way of making their ends meet was to rob the visitors on their way to Botanical Gardens. Three out of about one hundred and twenty thousand citizens have done an act that is not acceptable to The Gregg Connection and http://www.gregg784.com. We do not condone this act of violence to anyone and I do hope the Police will make a very swift apprehension of these criminals before they strike again.
Meantime the cruise ships continue to dock in Kingstown. Port Elizabeth, Bequia and the Tobago Cays. Some 300,000 cruise visitors are expected to visit St. Vincent and the Grenadines this winter season.
