I had some of the greatest teachers around me and I am using their skills for my survival. Kinda difficult in America where you are limited with the necessary herbs to work with preparing medicine.

Bequia produce the best cold defence with the use of whale and shark oil, while the meat is finger licking sweet. However most of our agriculture lands are gone into tourism and we are now reliant on main land St. Vincent to supply us with fruits and vegetables.
