To my family near and far we are at it again the unofficial start of the summer in the US. Beaches open and in most cases only with a lifeguard. So your freedom to swim is controlled. We say back home “if you can’t swim stay out the water”. What a time but we choose to be here and for a time and season. Missing St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Today I pray that you will find yourself into church to worship your God and if you have to work, remember give us this day our daily bread. Love you all and off to work.
