BIG UP AIA

As the St. Vincent and the Grenadines carnival gets into full swing, the buzz is getting louder and louder at the Argyle International Airport (AIA). During the next few days, many international charter flights are expected to touch down from Canada, USA, United Kingdom and Cuba. LIAT has announced that they are completely booked for the season and Caribbean Airlines added extra flights to accommodate the passenger’s safe visit to SVG.

Cruise ships, yachts, and other pleasure boats are sailing to the island for a cultural extravagance. This time of the year the artists display their talents which are an envy to other parts of the world. St. Vincent and the Grenadines will continue to be a leader in the region and with the remaining days before the grand finale will see the increase of visitors to the country. It is expected that there will be an increase of 15% stay over visitors for more than a week. That will bring much-needed revenue to the country that is struggling.
