DIPLOMATIC ASSAULT

image_pdf

The ministry of Foreign in St. Vincent and the Grenadines should recall the diplomat who allegedly assaulted his wife in Brooklyn. An assault on a woman and more so, your wife should not be tolerated and he should be recalled and fired.

Is that the way one is representing a country who pays him a salary and other “perks” with the job.

The diplomat in question is no stranger to the news headlines. Despite his past behaviour and conduct the Government has appointed him to a senior position in a foreign land after making an apology for statements he made on radio. This has created an embarrassment to the country and St. Vincent and the Grenadines has once again failed. My question is what has this man achieved for the country? The answer is to assault his wife. CONGRATULATIONS SVG has done it again.

So the Prime Minister addressed the situation on the party radio station. Makes me wonder what is the role of the national radio station and it’s survival.
So as I said recall the punching diplomat and fire him from the job. So I am waiting for the final outcome of this saga.
Diplomats are the face of the country and must be examples to the citizens. How would someone address a similar situation of some one in his jurisdiction?
Watching and waiting to see the replacement.

Are there differences of approach within the NYPD when it comes to diplomatic crimes?
Couple years ago the SVG ambassador was arrested in Manhatten and handcuffed, so why it cannot be done in Brooklyn?
