Happy Saturday and good morning family. New York is in day two of a “heat wave” which will last for the next six days. Meaning the temperatures will rise to over 90 degrees each day.

Sunday should be the hottest day of this streak. Makes me long to be in Bequia for the fresh breeze and the beach. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables.

Very soon, but until that day I have to use my survival skills to get there for my remaining years. Hope everyone takes caution while enjoying the weekend.
