Use the buddy system: Stay with friends or allies, so you’re less likely to be singled out.
Stay in safe areas: Avoid places where bullying is likely to happen (e.g., empty hallways).
Be assertive: Practice speaking up clearly if confronted, and tell the bully their behaviour is not OK.
Hold a confident posture: Keep your hands up and stay alert; if threatened physically, use self-defence only if necessary and seek help immediately.
Protect yourself emotionally: Remind yourself that bullying says more about the bully than about you, and talk to trusted friends or adults for support.
