To My Wonderful Family,

I know right now things feel heavy. It feels like we’re walking through a storm, and the winds are strong. I see the worry in your eyes, I feel the stress in the air, and I want you to know, it’s okay to feel that way. We don’t have to pretend to be strong every second of the day. What matters is that we are going through this together.

Look around at each other. See the faces that make up our world. This is our foundation. This difficulty, as overwhelming as it seems, does not define us. What defines us is how we respond to it. And we respond as a unit. We will share the burden, we will lighten the load for one another, and we will find solutions as a team. We have weathered challenges before, and each time, we have emerged stronger and more connected. This time will be no different.

So, let’s be gentle with each other. Let’s offer extra hugs, lend a listening ear without judgment, and share the small, everyday tasks so no one feels overwhelmed. Let’s remember the good times and hold onto the certainty that more good times are ahead. We are a family of fighters, of believers, and most importantly, of lovers. This storm will pass. And when it does, we will look back and be even more proud of the unbreakable bond we have. I believe in us. I believe in you. We’ve got this.
