I James GRANT of the said Island Merchant being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following ___ ___ I request that my funeral be rendered in the most frugal and ceremonial manner and I bind all my estate both real and personal for the payment of the expense thereof and of all just debts that may be due by me at the time of my decease or may afterwards become due I ____ I give devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Ann GRANT all the Rest Residue & Remainder of my property as both real and personal that I may now or hereafter possess or be entitled to and to her heirs for ever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dearly beloved wife Ann GRANT to be Executrix and Sir Alexander GRANT of Grosvenor Street Grosvenor Sqre in the city of London Baronet to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I the said James GRANT the testator have hereunto set my hand _ ___
