WEATHER UPDATE
Good evening folks. After a few days of relative quiet, following the passage of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Jose, the Atlantic is becoming active again, in line with the historical peak of hurricane season. Two tropical disturbances in the eastern Atlantic are candidates for tropical cyclone development over the next few days, according to the National Hurricane Center. Long range forecast track takes one system through the Windward Islands and the other across the northern Leeward Islands and the Virgin Islands in an about week. However, as with most developing tropical system, early track forecast often shift to the left and right over time. Let’s continue to monitor these systems and the one that is still over Africa. (see satellite imagery). Have a blessed evening all and I will keep everyone posted.
