Praise the Lord for another day making it back to work for a daily living. The weather is very nasty and the rain is pouring. The drivers are using the road like it is during the summer. However, I made it safely and it is a long haul into Monday.

I want to shout out all my family and this is not only to the Gregg and Bynoe family but all out extended families.

To all the wonderful Greggs in St. Lucia and the BYNOES in Panama a special shout-out to you. The Bynoes, Gregg and Ollivierre in Barbados peace out.

All the family in Trinidad and Tobago be very careful during this carnival weekend and watch your shadows and you get around.
