It has been 39 years ago on Good Friday in the beautiful State of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I was there in Bequia when that mushroom cloud came over the Ma Peggy Hills. That dreaded day when the volcano erupted and sent the country into a state of shock and unprepared for the onslaught of the erruption.
