Presidential hopeful Former Vice President Joe Biden has picked Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. Harris is Asian Caribbean descent and has brought a lot to bear on the ticket and in this historic presidential race.

Harris mother a scientist from India and father Emeritus Professor in Economics hails from Jamaica. So this means that the minority has a reason to be energized into the November elections.
