Good morning the Gregg Family in the Caribbean and other parts of the world.

This is the first weekend in March and it is very cold here in New York, This does not stop the everyday movements getting around in the city. As I write this note I am getting ready for work some 23 miles from where I live. The struggle continues for survival and that means you have to work.

So my encouragement is put on your layers and heat out to that job or your appointment. Make it a fun day and enjoy every minute.
