How is everyone doing this morning? For the last thirty-six hours, we were pounded with rain and there was some flooding in localized areas. The most rain I have seen in the winter. Last night the fog was so thick and dense I thought there was a County power block out. The visibility was zero from the 12th floor of the building where I work. This morning the clouds have passed and it appears that we will have a lovely chilly day.

So I understood that the flu is rampant in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and I hope that you try the home remedy first. http://FIGHTING THE FLU IN OLDEN DAYS  Someone sent me that article about the flu and I thought about sharing it with you. I will try it when I get home and set it up until the season is over.

When I was in SVG the shark oil and whale oil worked miracle and I hope people are still using it. Here in the USA, we have to depend on cod liver oil which does not work the best. However, I want to wish everyone a blessed and great day. Those that are sick I pray that you feel better soon.
