This video is very disgusting. This is in a government housing establishment in the Bronx. Do we blame the Government for this problem? Do the occupants have a responsibility to their own common decency? However, I hope that homes in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are not in this condition and there is no blame to lay on anyone but yourself.
