Sir Godfrey Gregg
It will appear that the Central Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has lost all interests in the Grenadines with the exception of where their interests lie. I have been repeatedly asking for minor help and there are not winking.
This is my call now for SECESSION OR GRENADINESEXIT. I feel the people have to rise up and stop the bleeding of tax revenue to the mainland for an uncaring government to spend on other areas of the country.
This is a call for action and all qualified residents of the Grenadines should come together to plan a way forward and look at our own internal affairs. I do not have all the answers to give now and that is why concerned citizens should move swiftly to find solutions for the ageing problems going on for the last 20 years.
What we are seeing is foreign interest taking over the fertile lands for development and the residents are forced to import food for survival.
The people have to start to rally and send a clear signal to the Government and the ULP Administration that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and the time is now to make the wrongs right. The Grenadines will remain the Status Quo in politics so do what just repair the roads and the schools.
